Adam's Comeback

  2. Heavy Lateral Strength Training: Cossack squats and heavy glute work became staples in his routine, ensuring he could handle the lateral demands of football.

  3. Strength and Stability Integration: Along with traditional strength work, we added exercises like sled pushes to build functional power and stability.

The Results:

Within a few months, Adam was back on the field, feeling stronger and more agile. His knee pain was a thing of the past, and he played with newfound confidence.
